Quiltedpals Family Childcare Heidi Willey-Hersey PO Box 645 Wolfeboro Falls, NH 03896 603-569-9076 To : All Families of Quiltedpals Family Childcare Policy Change/Reminder update My childcare business is my income and with that in mind effective October 13, 2006 the policy will be as follows: when a family schedules their child to be attending for that day they will be charged regardless. It is fine for a family to cancel for the child attending that day, however understand payment is still expected. For example, if your child was expected to come on Tuesday and that is the last day they are in attendance I must be paid on that day no later than 6pm. Therefore, the last day your child is in attendance is the day I must be paid or late charges will incur. I am very flexible with times and days and do not mind switching around for anyone. Yet, once you tell me your schedule for the week or day, etc. you are committing to pay for those days. However, if you change and these hours and it is longer than expected you will be charged for that also. If for any reason I must close my program you will not be charged. Once families set up a time schedule for their child I will charge accordingly. If you would like to give me your schedule in writing that is fine. If anyone has any questions or concerns with this please contact me at your earliest convenience and I am more than willing to talk with you. Hello and Welcome to QuiltedPals Family Childcare Enrichment Program I am pleased to announce that the following children are now a part of QP: Corbin, Sebastian, Kaeden and Justin. I am so excited to have them a part of QP. I have many fun activities planned for the year. For the week of August 21-31st the theme is "All About Me." This is a time for children to talk about their families and share who they are as individuals. OUR MOTTO: "Where childhood is honored and play is a tradition everyday." Some of you may be wondering why I chose this motto. Well, I believe in the philosophy that play is a crucial part of children's work. They learn so much through playing. I offer activities and projects througout the year, however our key is playing. If you have any concerns or questions about this motto please contact me.
